Last year, we requested feedback on the Strategic
Regeneration Framework (SRF) for MIX MANCHESTER. Since
then, our team of professionals has been working on the
detailed proposals for Phase One, which we are seeking
feedback on via this dedicated webpage.
Phase One of MIX MANCHESTER will deliver three adaptable Mid-Tech
units and a multi-storey car park, creating the space that
Greater Manchester’s innovation sector needs to incubate ideas
and accelerate growth. Designed to foster collaboration and
scalability, the development will enable businesses to thrive
within a dynamic, future-proofed ecosystem.

We invite you to share with us your opinions prior to our
planning application for Phase One being submitted in 2026.
A six-week public consultation was held to gather views between
MONDAY 8 DECEMBER 2025 TO WEDNESDAY 21 JANUARY 2026. This
included 3 public events, an online consultation feedback
form and the ability to contact us directly either by telephone
or e-mail. All feedback received during this process will
be reflected in the final planning application where appropriate.

The joint venture partnership behind MIX MANCHESTER comprises Manchester City Council (MCC), Greater Manchester Pension Fund (GMPF), Manchester Airports Group (MAG) and Beijing Construction Engineering Group (BCEG). Collectively, the partnership is working together to ensure the long-term success of this brand-new science, innovation, and manufacturing campus.
